As a Roofing Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and completion of roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage project crews, build strong relationships with clients, and proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: You will develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, ensuring all phases of roofing projects are coordinated and managed efficiently. Adherence to safety regulations and company policies is paramount, guaranteeing a safe and compliant working environment.
• Crew Management: Supervise and manage roofing crews to optimize work performance, providing necessary guidance, training, and support to foster a productive team. You will create a positive and collaborative environment, reflecting our company's family-oriented values and promoting teamwork.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction by serving as the primary point of contact and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. • Issue Identification and Resolution: Proactively identify and address potential project issues or delays, implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain project timelines and budgets. You will facilitate onsite problem-solving to ensure smooth project execution.
• Onsite Job Requirements: Conduct daily onsite job inspections to guarantee quality control and adherence to project specifications, managing material deliveries and inventory efficiently. This role requires the ability to physically access roofs and walk around to inspect job progress and quality. You will ensure a safe and clean job site, prioritizing safety and organization.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders, ensuring all records are up-to-date. Prepare and submit comprehensive project reports to management, providing clear and concise information.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in project management or as a working foreman/team lead in the roofing industry.
• Proven experience with roofing projects, with a strong understanding of roofing materials and techniques.
  • Experience with low-slope roofing systems (TPO/PDM) is highly desired.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.   
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, typically 45-50 hours per week, and some weekends as needed.
• Must be physically able to access and walk on roofs for inspections and job oversight.
• Ability to work in various heights and weather conditions.

Working Conditions:

• This position requires regular onsite presence at job sites.
• Work may involve exposure to various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Work will regularly require climbing ladders and walking on roofs of various slopes and materials.
